Automatic roll-fed machines separate forming and punching

The ILLIG IC-RDKP 72k automatic pressure forming machine with IC process control and forming/punching technology has a maximum forming area of 756 mm x 535 mm. With an actuated clamping frame the maximum forming area is 676 mm x 535 mm. The high-performance thermoforming machine operates at up to 55 cycles per minute. The flexible production of small to medium-sized batch sizes with frequent changes of material type, format and tools is commonplace. The modular production line technology makes it possible to easily add additional machines for different processing technologies.
