The HSU 650 is a packaging machine that can be configured for your needs. Modular, efficient, powerful. With a consistently repeatable sealing force of up to 60 kN, the HSU 650 processes all types of blister packs with maximum blister heights of up to 80 mm. Due to its modular design, the HSU 650 supports you in converting the packaging of your product to paper and pulp.
ILLIG know-how and professional engineering services enable you to produce safe, perfectly executed and sustainable fully recyclable blister packs made of pulp, cardboard-plastic combinations or solid cardboard (mono-material blisters), if required also with sealed dust and side flaps. Due to its enlarged format and sealing area of 650mm x 350 mm, a higher layout of the products to be produced. With a cycle output of up to 20 cycles per minute, a high output rate is achieved. Thanks to the new servo-motor drives, the HSU 650 is 30% more energy-efficient than comparable systems (compared to HSA 50d / HSU 35b).
